This book is for renters of the condo, and includes more information about check-in and check-out procedures, along with phone #'s that might come in useful.  Plus it gives more information about the surrounding area.  The file is password protected, so after the person renting the condo fills out the rental agreement, they will be issued this password.  The download is large, so will take a few minutes to download.
